An adaptable author, she also contributes to online publications such as microsofthome.com and ellecanada.com. She has won awards of merit for her health and service writing. Liza also serves as editor of Outpost Magazine, an adventure- and eco-travel publication for which she writes and edits.
Liza holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Toronto and a journalism degree from Ryerson University. While she travels extensively, she lives in Toronto with her husband, two sons and dog.
